What to do:
- Promptly close positions of BackEnd, FrontEnd, iOS, Android developers, QA engineers, business analysts, project managers, designers, and other specialists from the Junior level to Team Lead.
- To develop existing channels for attracting IT specialists, as well as to work out new ones.
- To form a system of grades in the company with a clear description and implement certifications.
- Planning staff training and conducting internal meetups.
- Support of employees on various issues (Onboarding of newcomers, adaptation in the team, etc.).
- Compilation of personal information on each of the employees with the identification of a system of values and motivation.
- Work on methodological manuals for new specialists.
- Development of corporate culture in the team.
What skills you need:
- Experience in hiring and adapting personnel in IT for at least 3 years.
- Understanding leadership styles and staff classification.
- The ability to negotiate with the staff and communicate your point of view in a motivated manner.
- Understanding the full cycle of recruitment, adaptation, and motivation of staff.
- The ability to maintain structured regulations, instructions, and information on employees.
- Understanding the possible intensity of rapid recruitment of employees.
- Understanding how to position a company in the labor market.
