Transparent per-m² pricing
Each service shows a starting price per square meter, so visitors immediately understand the order of costs, and “Learn more” reveals the scope of work, materials and stages.

A multi-page website that combines a brand landing page with a lead generator. Anchor navigation guides visitors through the key trust blocks to a call to action, while each service gets its own detailed page.

Papa Znaet is a construction company from Novosibirsk that has been on the market for more than eleven years. The company has completed over 850 projects, with a total delivered floor area of more than 16,000 m².
Build a digital storefront whose main goal is to convert cold and warm traffic into requests for a cost estimate. The site had to do more than present services: it needed to form a complete funnel that addresses private clients’ main fears, demonstrates expertise and makes the first step toward working together as easy as possible.
We built a multi-page website on Tilda, designed first in Figma, and focused each screen on a single funnel task. The services showcase covers “Turnkey home construction”, “Move-in-ready renovation”, “Interior design project” and “Home design”, with a fixed estimate and starting prices per m², so visitors immediately understand the order of costs.
Trust is backed by evidence: the “Our work” section shows real projects with floor area, cost and duration, an interactive map plots every project and the office across Novosibirsk, and the reviews block pulls in verified ratings from 2GIS and VK. The funnel ends with a responsive request form with a minimum of required fields and object type selection, and requests go to a Telegram bot so the manager can respond instantly.

Cards for completed projects with floor area, final cost and duration; a click opens a pop-up with extended details.
The map marks the office and every completed project across Novosibirsk, clear proof of scale.
Ratings live on external platforms, 2GIS and VK, with live screenshots and a direct link to the original.
Four flagship services: turnkey construction, renovation, interior design and home design, each on its own page.
A minimum of required fields plus request segmentation (house/apartment) and a comment; consent to data processing is built in as required by law.

The four flagship services (turnkey construction, renovation, interior design and home design) have their own section. Each service shows a starting price per square meter. The “Learn more” button leads to a dedicated page that details the scope of work, included materials and stages, which removes the fear of hidden costs.

Instead of generic facade photos, the site shows cards for completed projects with mandatory attributes: floor area, final cost and duration. A click opens a pop-up with extended details.

The map shows not only the office but also markers for every completed project.

Feedback lives on external platforms, 2GIS and VK. Visitors see live screenshots or widgets with a direct link to the original review.

The form has a minimum of required fields (name, phone) yet segments the request right away: a “house / apartment” object type choice and a comment field. The data processing consent checkbox is unobtrusive but meets legal requirements.
The first working version was live in just half a month.
Based on feedback, the team then added new content blocks and refined the site for about the same amount of time.
Targeted leads started coming in through the contact form almost immediately after launch, confirming the structure and offer.
After the active phase, all access and rights were handed over to the client.
Papa Znaet now uses the site as its main landing page for social media traffic and keeps scaling it on its own.
The site is built on Tilda, which made it possible to launch a multi-page resource quickly and get the first working version in half a month. Design and prototype were worked out in Figma, and requests are handled by a Telegram bot, so form submissions reach the manager instantly.
The site architecture serves the sales funnel: a services showcase with prices, a portfolio with real metrics, a project map and verified reviews warm up the visitor, while a responsive form with minimal fields lowers the barrier to the first step. The platform can easily be extended with new services, case studies and integrations without rewriting code.
The case confirmed that even on a website builder, with a well-designed UX scenario and a focus on the personal brand, you can create an effective and transparent lead generation tool for a regional construction business.
Tell us about your business and we will design a site that turns visitors into qualified requests. Let’s discuss the structure, offer and launch timeline for your project.
No. A Tilda website does not require a dedicated administrator or server maintenance: hosting, updates and platform security are handled by the service. This lowers the cost of ownership for a small business.
