Most vendors keep the seat rate for a sales call. Here is how we bill so you can budget before the first meeting. Every seat is one flat, fully-loaded monthly fee — salary, EU employer taxes, equipment, paid time off, benefits, recruitment, security tooling, and management overhead sit inside a single line item, with no recruitment fee, no tool markup, and no minimum seat count. Time-and-materials is the default; currency is EUR primary, USD invoicing on request.

Single senior seat

From 7.5k EUR / month, fully loaded. One senior engineer embedded in your team, billed monthly per seat. The rate scales with seniority and stack scarcity; there is no separate placement fee and no markup on tools. Best for closing a specific seniority or stack gap in an existing squad.

Pod (2–4 engineers)

Same per-seat fully-loaded rate, coordinated onboarding. A small cluster of augmented engineers reporting into your engineering manager — shared knowledge transfer, no extra management line item, each seat billed the same transparent way as a single seat.

Team (5+ with our EM)

Per-seat rate plus a dedicated Engineering Manager on our side. When the augmented group crosses five seats we add an EM for delivery, retention, and mentoring — the natural bridge into a full dedicated team if you scale further.

How is staff augmentation different from a dedicated team?

Staff augmentation places individual senior engineers inside your existing team — one role at a time, working under your engineering manager, your Jira, and your sprint cadence. A dedicated team is a full squad with its own delivery lead and EM, running rituals on our side. Augmentation is faster to ramp (two weeks vs four to six), better for filling a specific seniority gap, and natural when you already have product, design, and management capacity in-house. We move clients from augmentation to dedicated team as the engagement grows.

How fast can a vetted engineer start working in our team?

Standard ramp-up is two weeks from signed role brief to first commit. Day 1–2 we run the brief call and confirm must-haves. Day 3–7 we deliver a shortlist of three to five pre-vetted senior CVs. Day 8–10 you interview, optionally with a trial task at our cost. Day 11–14 we onboard the engineer into your Jira, repos, SSO, and standups. For urgent backfills against an existing role brief, we have placed engineers in seven business days from a bench match.

What roles and seniority levels can you provide?

We staff senior-only engineers (seven years of experience minimum, ten on average) across backend (TypeScript/Node, Python/Django, .NET, Java, Go), frontend (React, Next.js, Vue), mobile (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter), full-stack TypeScript, DevOps/SRE, data engineering, ML engineering, QA automation, and security engineering. We also place tech leads, solution architects, engineering managers, and embedded product managers. We do not bench juniors and we do not relabel mid-level engineers as senior — CVs are audited against real GitHub and reference checks.

How does pricing work and what's included in the seat rate?

Default model is time-and-materials, billed monthly per seat at a fully loaded rate. The rate includes the engineer's salary, EU employer taxes, equipment, paid time off, health benefits, our recruitment and replacement cost, security tooling, and engineering management overhead. There is no separate recruitment fee, no placement fee, and no markup on tools. Currency is EUR primary; USD invoicing is available on request. Indicative monthly seat rates for senior engineers start at 7.5k EUR and scale with seniority and stack scarcity.

What happens if the engineer underperforms or we want to scale down?

You can request a replacement at any time with no penalty. We deliver a replacement shortlist within five business days from a pre-vetted bench in matching stacks, and we cover a two-week knowledge-transfer overlap so the outgoing engineer documents repos and runbooks before the new seat starts billing. Scale-down notice is thirty days per seat, no minimum team size, no exit fees. The first thirty days on every engagement carry a satisfaction guarantee — if the fit is wrong, the seat is not invoiced.

How do you handle IP, NDA, GDPR, and US compliance (CCPA, HIPAA)?

All IP transfers to you on creation under our master services agreement; every engineer signs individual IP assignment and NDA clauses before access. Contracts run through our EU entity, with EU data residency by default and US options on request. We are GDPR-aligned, ISO 27001 ready, HIPAA-capable for healthcare workloads, and SOC 2 Type II is in progress. CCPA notice obligations are acknowledged for US consumer data. Engineers work on managed endpoints with encrypted disks, SSO, MFA, and isolated repositories scoped to your projects only.
