Specifications of large-diameter pipes: diameter, wall thickness, length and strength.

A one-page business website for Stil Export, a manufacturer of pipes and pipeline components that had capacity, experience and partners but no online presence. We built it on Tilda in 2 weeks: products, a downloadable catalog and lead capture.

Stil Export is the official representative of a large manufacturer of pipes and water pipeline components. The company offers a full cycle of manufacturing and supply of pipes and pipeline components, handling large volumes and direct deliveries. Despite real experience, production capacity and partners, it had no online presence of its own.
The goal was to quickly give the company a digital face — a clear page that presents the products, shows specifications and standards and lets visitors submit a request, without the complexity of a corporate portal.
The core problem was the lack of a digital presence. Partners and customers couldn’t find the company online or review its products and pipe specifications, and the catalog had to be sent out manually. This slowed down first contact and limited the plant’s recognition in the regions.
The second constraint was time and budget: the site had to launch quickly and affordably, without heavy development or costly ongoing maintenance.
To meet the deadline and budget, we chose a concise one-page landing page over a multi-page portal. We deliberately skipped the discovery and in-depth analysis stage: the structure and content were clear from the outset, and the time saved went into the launch.
We worked in an Agile way, in short iterations with continuous client feedback. Tilda was chosen as the platform: it enabled a fast launch, responsive design out of the box and low ongoing maintenance costs with no need for a system administrator.
The platform needs no dedicated server or system administrator, so ongoing site maintenance stays minimal in cost, and the client can update content and the catalog on their own.

A list of GOST standards and applications — oil and gas, water, heating networks and construction.
The PDF product catalog is available without registration.
Full name, email, phone, company and comment, with consent to data processing.
Call center, email, messengers, address and a directions map.
Displays correctly on desktop and mobile devices.

The page opens with a large headline, “Full cycle of manufacturing and supply of pipes and pipeline components,” and the subheading “Your reliable partner in modern pipe solutions.” It also features the Stil Export logo, navigation (Home, Products, About the plant, About us), messenger icons and a “Submit a request” button.
Below the header are a pipe photo and three benefit cards: “Any volume,” “Below-market prices” and “High quality” backed by a full set of supporting documents.

The “Large-diameter pipes” block presents key parameters as icons with figures: diameter 406–2520 mm, wall 8–60 mm, length up to 12.2 m, strength up to X120. A “Download catalog” button sits on the right.
Below are two columns: “Core standards” (GOST 10704-91, 10706-76, 20295-85, 31447-2012, 33228-2015 and in-house company standards) and “Applications” (oil and gas, drinking water, heating networks, construction and technical pipelines).

The “Contacts” section gathers every channel: a single 8 (800) call center, email, WhatsApp, Telegram and MAX, plus an address in Chelyabinsk with an interactive directions map.
On the right is a dark “Submit a request” card with fields for full name, email, phone, company name and comment, a checkbox for consent to personal data processing and a submit button.

On a smartphone the landing page switches to a single column: logo and messenger icons at the top, the large headline “Full cycle of manufacturing and supply of pipes and pipeline components” and a “Submit a request” button.
The benefit cards stack vertically — the Tilda layout keeps text readable and tap targets comfortable on any screen.
For a manufacturer’s business website, Tilda is the rational choice: launch in days, no dedicated sysadmin or server maintenance, with ready-made forms and hosting. Custom development pays off when you need complex logic, a filterable catalog or integrations; for an “online presence plus lead capture” brief, Tilda covers the need faster and at lower cost.
2 weeks from kickoff to launch (February 12–28, 2026).
1 concise landing page instead of a multi-page portal.
0 sign-ups required to download the PDF catalog.
Agile: short iterations with continuous client feedback.
The site collects requests containing personal data, so the form runs on Tilda’s standard secure handler with notifications sent to email and a CRM spreadsheet.
Personal data is processed under the requirements of the client’s jurisdiction, and the lead form includes explicit consent to data processing.

A concise company website with a catalog, lead form and responsive design is priced by content volume and integrations. The actual cost of this project is not disclosed; it depends on the content and the number of revisions.
A business website without an in-depth analysis stage can realistically launch in 2–3 weeks with active client involvement and short Agile iterations. This project went from kickoff to launch in two weeks.
Tilda is faster and cheaper for company websites and landing pages and needs no sysadmin or server maintenance. Custom development is needed for complex business logic, user accounts, filterable catalogs or integrations with external systems.
A short form (name, phone or email, comment) sends requests to the client’s inbox and a CRM spreadsheet via Tilda’s standard handler with notifications. The manager gets all the details at once, with no manual catalog mailing.
No. A Tilda website needs no dedicated administrator or server maintenance: hosting, updates and platform security are handled by the service. This lowers the cost of ownership for a small business.
