How distributed delivery works at YuSMP Group
We operate as a single senior engineering team based in Yerevan, Armenia — not a talent marketplace, not a staffing intermediary. Every engagement runs through one accountable pod: architects, leads and engineers who have shipped production software for fintech, healthcare and enterprise SaaS clients across the US and Europe.
Time-zone overlap by design
Yerevan (UTC+4) gives us four hours of live working overlap with both the East Coast (9 AM–1 PM ET) and Central Europe (9 AM–1 PM CET). For West-Coast US clients we extend sprint ceremonies to early afternoon Yerevan time. The result: no async-only relationship, no 24-hour feedback loops, no lost sprint days waiting for decisions.
One senior team, not a ramp-up factory
We do not hire for each project. Our engineers hold long-term positions and have built context across regulated domains — GDPR data pipelines, SOC 2-auditable SaaS backends, HIPAA-capable health platforms. You speak to the people writing the code, not to account managers relaying status between continents.
Compliance posture you can show to procurement
Contracts can be structured to satisfy EU procurement requirements (GDPR data-processing agreement, sub-processor addendum, DPA under GDPR Art. 28), US enterprise procurement (MSA, SOW, NDA with US-friendly governing law) or regulated-industry riders for healthcare and financial services. ISO 27001-aligned information security controls and SOC 2 Type II is in progress.
