An app for a chain of bakery cafes at gas stations and in the city: order coffee and pastries ahead, pick them up at a set time without the line, reorder a past order in one tap, track order status, use a rewards program with a QR code at checkout and see upcoming events. We designed the product and built a 46-screen clickable prototype.

In short: what the product is and who we built it for.
Soroka is a concept app for a bakery cafe chain, some of whose locations are at gas stations. Guests often stop for coffee on the way and don't want to wait in line, while regulars order the same thing every time.
We designed an app in which orders are placed ahead and picked up at the chosen time, and a past order can be repeated in one tap. It also includes a rewards program, a QR code for checkout and a calendar of in-store events.
The chain needed to shorten peak-hour lines and get regulars to visit more often. The app had to let people order in under a minute while still on the road and honestly show when the order will be ready.
The second goal was rewards. The loyalty program had to work both in the app and at the register: the guest shows a QR code, and points are earned and redeemed in both channels.
Menu. 74 items with photos: drinks and pastries by category, search, sorting, and an item card with size, milk choice, nutrition facts and a Goes Well With suggestion.
Order ahead. Pick a location on a map or in a list with distance and opening hours, choose pickup in 10 minutes or at a specific time, and use a cart with promo codes and reward points.
Order status. Received, preparing, ready: guests see the order stage and get a push when it is waiting at the pickup counter.
Loyalty. Rewards covering up to 30% of an order, a QR code for checkout with boosted screen brightness, earning history, reorders of past orders and a calendar of in-store events.
We mapped the guest journey from first launch to a repeat order and covered the errors: wrong SMS code, payment declined, expired promo code, no search results. All of these are in the prototype, so developers see the complete product behavior.
The visual language is built on the brand green, clouds and hand-lettered headings, which gives the app a warm bakery feel. For the MVP we recommend Flutter for iOS and Android, a Laravel backend and POS integration so that app orders show up on the barista's screen.
Speed is everything in a coffee shop app. A prototype shows how many taps it takes to get to a paid order and lets you test it with bakery guests while changes still cost nothing.
A prototype also helps align store operations: baristas, managers and marketing see the same order statuses and the same promo code and rewards rules before development begins.

Key prototype screens, step by step.

The selected location, a Coffee Run block for repeating the last order, upcoming events and the menu. A regular places their usual order in a couple of taps.
The header holds the location switcher and the rewards card QR code, always within reach.

Photo, description and nutrition facts, plus size and milk options. The price updates instantly, and quantity is adjusted right next to the Add to Cart button.
After adding an item, the app suggests what goes well with the drink, growing the average check without pushy banners.

Pickup location, order items, promo code, the time the order will be ready and a toggle for applying reward points.
The total is visible before payment, and the location or time can be changed without leaving the cart.

After payment the guest sees the order number and stage: received, preparing, ready. An animation shows that the order is in progress.
When the order is ready, a push arrives, and the screen shows directions to the location and the points earned.
The prototype opens in your browser, no install needed. Walk through the flows yourself: screens are linked, and buttons, fields, sheets and error states all work. It is best viewed on a phone; on a desktop it is shown inside a device frame. The prototype interface is in Russian.
Sign-in uses an SMS code, and card data is never stored in the app: payments go through a secure payment gateway, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the receipt is emailed.
Location access is requested only to find the nearest store, and the app works without it. In development, personal data processing follows the client's jurisdiction — GDPR in the EU and applicable US state privacy laws.
